Shipping Information

LEADWAY Salon Furniture attempts to ship within 48 hours after your order is processed (Special Orders will ship within the agreed time at the time of ordering).

Ground Shipping

Our small packages less than 80 lbs are shipped via UPS Ground FedEx Ground. UPS&FedEx typically deliver to the door of your residence or inside your business.

  • Ground Shipping – Small Packages are hand delivered by FedEx Drivers, LEADWAY will provide Tracking Numbers which can be easily monitored via
  • Next Day Air services are available at additional cost; contact your sales rep for shipping quote.
  • Special delivery instructions such as Signature required deliveries have to be noted at time of ordering.

Freight Shipments 

Large or Heavy items will be packaged and shrink wrapped/strapped onto wooden pallets to be delivered via Freight to ensure safe arrival to your business. Delivery Notification and Lift-Gate Delivery is included with your shipping. Please do note that all deliveries are done Curbside with require of a signature and will NOT be brought inside your business or residence. Extraordinary delivery requirements may necessitate an additional fee to the carrier

  • Large & Heavy or multiple items orders are palletized & shrink wrapped for reduced shipping cost.
  • Delivery Appointment Call – Delivery carrier will reach out the day before to setup and confirm a delivery date, carriers will also require a 3 to 5 hour window for the delivery to be completed. Re-Delivery Fees will apply for any missed deliveries at time of your confirmed Delivery Appointment
  • Curbside Delivery – Drivers are not responsible for off-loading and carrying the items into your business, please make sure to have extra man power on site at time of delivery to assist with moving the items inside your business. Lift-Gate Services are included in our shipping charges. This service does not include set up or assembly of items or removal of packaging materials.
  • Inspection of Delivery – LEADWAY advise all customers to carefully inspect your delivery for shortages and damages, please do make sure to notate any shortages & damages on the Delivery Receipt before signing for your delivery. Please make sure to keep a copy of the signed Delivery Receipt for record.


    We do not ship Credit/Cash on Delivery. All purchases must be paid for in full prior to shipping.

     Returns & Exchanges

    New LEADWAY Salon Furniture merchandise may be returned for a refund within 7 days of receipt. ALL Special Order Color & Materials are not returnable and/or non-refundable. Other drop ship products are restricted to their own return policies. Return requests MUST be approved in advance and are subject to a 35% restocking fee (if not returned in original packaging and condition, the re-stocking fee will be greater than 35%) plus shipping charges (both directions will be billed to the buyer). Products must be returned in their original packaging – in Like New condition. Refunds are contingent upon LEADWAY Salon Furniture Inspection and approval. All credits will be issued to the original method of payment used (i.e. credit card, store credit, check, etc.).Special Order Items are NOT Returnable
